I first started working with Think Fitness during the summer of 2007. The work has given me a real strength and determination to succeed.

Working with Thinkfitness gives me focus and has taught me to use my strengths, understand my weaknesses and most importantly I have learnt to believe in myself on and off the pitch.

Think Fitness has been great for me in so many ways it’s untrue. Changing my mindset and making me think in a different way is so simple yet so effective. It’s no radical change but my word its impact on my performance cannot be stressed upon enough!
All that is left to say is thank you to Think Fitness for your help and support, you have been so good for me you don’t even realise!

I have found working with Think Fitness of great benefit to both my game and myself. I have gained in my confidence, which has given me the self-belief to play my own game. My goal scoring this season alone has shown what I have been able to achieve.

I was given the opportunity to work with Think Fitness when I was coming back from a long-term injury. It became a great addition to my rehabilitation giving me the fight and determination to play football again.
I successfully came back into football and decided to continue as I had benefited so much – I now take something from each session, my strengths, weaknesses, looking at adding to my game, how I can achieve at the highest level. Working with Think Fitness is definitely something I would look to do on a long-term basis.

I worked with Think Fitness when I was coming back into football (having been away for about 18 months due to a long term illness)
I was able to build on both the physical and mental side, which were both very important to me as my confidence was lacking in both areas. I gained in confidence very quickly and looked to develop and push myself more and more on and off the pitch.
There were highs and lows but I was always able to work on whatever happened to me over the sessions and learned how to deal with negatives. My self-belief grew from strength to strength and now, not only do I have the determination to play at the highest level, I enjoy my game.
