Through a comprehensive postural and biomechanical assessment, we will identify any imbalances that possibly contributed to your injury or that will hinder your recovery. These may be:
- poor core stability
- inefficient muscular recruitment patterns
- muscular weakness
During injury or following surgery, your body will protect itself by altering the normal sequence of muscular recruitment in order to avoid pain. At Think Fitness, we will give you a rehabilitative program that is specific to your needs correcting any imbalances found.
